In 2011, Dr. Esha Rao started seeing patients in a single consulting room, frustrated by clinics that sold treatments before understanding the patient. Fifteen years later, the clinic houses eight specialists across general medicine, dermatology, trichology and aesthetics — but the first-visit rule is unchanged: diagnose first, treat second.
